Hello Friends 👋🏾

For those on the email list, you’ve heard from me before. But if this is your first encounter with Sainte Foot Sanctuary, welcome! So happy to you’re here.

Well, the Sainte Foot Sanctuary has been living rent-free in my brain for some time now. And if you’ve ever had a dream that felt too big to wrangle, you know the challenge: how do you take all those ideas and turn them into something real? This is a real challenge if you’re like me: very analytical and sometimes prone to overthinking.

That’s why one of the best decisions I’ve made this year to help with that, is bringing Shaylyn R. onto our Executive Team! 🎉

If you’ve attended a Sainte Nél pop-up in the last two years, you might have already met her, and trust me, she’s just as amazing behind the scenes. I’ll share more about her role in the next update, but just know she’s already been instrumental in helping move us into our next phase.

In March 2023, in honor of Womens History Month, LFAC recognized Sainte Nél for its first Small Business Spotlight presented by BMO. Shaylyn was there along with team members Katrina and Tre.

What’s happening this Spring?

We’re still deep in the “building” phase: looking for the right space, working on funding (send prayers and good energy), and putting together a dream team of people who will help bring this vision to life. 

While that’s all in motion, we’ll be doing pop-ups to give you a glimpse of what we’re creating. If you’re in Southern California, you’ll probably see us first. But longtime supporters know… we travel!

We’ve popped up in Atlanta, Oakland, NYC, and Tulsa in the past. Now I want to hear from you: Where should we bring a Sainte Foot Sanctuary pop-up? Send your suggestions to bethany@saintenel.com.
