Our Story

Sainte Foot Sanctuary (SFS) is a boutique foot spa, reimagining foot care as a restorative, sensory rich experience. Inspired by the comfort and calm of sanctuary, we're creating a place where you can step away from the demands of everyday life, slow down, and enjoy a little peace and quiet.

Our approach is simple: thoughtful care, lush surroundings, and an opportunity to rest without having to travel far from home.

Why We Created the Sanctuary

We believe that calm and relaxation shouldn't require a vacation.

Our founder, Bethany grew up in the Inland Empire before leaving home for college and law school. After years of living in different states, she returned to Southern California with a renewed appreciation for home and a recognition of a familiar frustration.

Why did enjoying a relaxing wellness experience often require leaving the Inland Empire?

Having experienced firsthand the consequences of burnout, Bethany understood how easily rest becomes something we postpone. Between work, family, and the countless responsibilities of everyday life, taking time for ourselves can begin to feel like a luxury we simply can't afford.

She wanted to change that.

Sainte Foot Sanctuary was created to offer the feeling of a destination retreat without the travel. A place close to home where the experience is just as important as the service, and where even a short visit can offer a meaningful pause in the middle of a busy life.

A Sanctuary in the Making

We began welcoming guests in 2024 through pop-up events, community partnerships, and intimate private gatherings. Today, we continue to host private experiences from our studio in Upland, California.

We're also bringing thoughtful foot care into people's homes through our collection of plant-based products, alongside the vegan nail polish from our sister brand, Sainte Nèl.

As we grow, our vision remains the same: to create a welcoming space where rest is encouraged, thoughtful care is celebrated, and our community can enjoy a little luxury without leaving home.
